GAMES
“I wanted to make something very unique, something very different.”
– Shigeru Miyamoto
No product we make combines our studio’s talents quite like interactive games. Heavy Cat Studios has developed or co-developed ten titles with a combined two million plays. Our newest mobile and Flash game projects are an exciting combination of storytelling, colorful characters and top production values.
We can contribute the same professionalism and quality to your game project, whether it is designing a single monster or developing a completely new look and feel for your game. Let’s see what we can build together! Heavy Cat Studios game services include:

DESIGN
“If you start with character, you probably will end up with good drawings.”
– Chuck Jones
With so many years of experience, one thing we know is that characters are evergreen. They are always appealing and they give your project an identity that no other single feature can.
We create characters here. We can give your project a unique personality. We can create:
- Mascots: Characters to represent your game, site or product
- Avatars: In-game characters to represent players and their opponents
- Heroes: Main characters to advance your plots and stories
- Personalities: Spokes-characters to promote your ideas
- Featured Creatures: We’ve got more monsters than Halloween. Boo.
STORY
“With words alone, I have an unlimited special effects budget.”
– W. Scott
Overlooked in almost every medium of entertainment is the overwhelming value of a good story. At Heavy Cat Studios we start every project with story. Good stories are fun, and if we’re not having fun, then our audiences aren’t either. We can put words to your project and add tremendous value to your presentation.
What kind of a story do you want to tell? How can we help? Heavy Cat Studios can create:
- Promotional Copy: Tell the world what makes your product unique
- Backstory and Quests: Don’t just tell game players what to do, tell them why
- Descriptive Copy: A good game description is the key to new players and fans
- Instructions: Nothing adds value to a game like well-written clear instructions
- Technical Design: If you want quality, you need a clear plan. We can help
- Scripts: Bring your story to the action with a professional writer

ANIMATION
“And will you succeed? Yes indeed, yes indeed! Ninety-eight and three-quarters percent guaranteed!”
– Dr. Seuss
Have you ever wondered what it is about animation that audiences respond to so powerfully? Everyone has a favorite cartoon. Everyone knows what it is like to see characters move and speak and dance, whether in film, games, television or on the web.
Here at Heavy Cat Studios, we take animation very seriously, because animation is always a show. And nothing attracts an audience like a good show. We can build:
- Animated Banners: Flash or GIF format. Our banners get attention.
- Flash Pre-Loaders: First impressions count. Make sure yours is the best
- Sprite Sheets: We can put pro animators to work on your games and characters
- Cut Scenes and Trailers: No matter what your project is, nothing sells like a compelling animated trailer
At Heavy Cat Studios, we have the strength, the talent and the capacity to take your project to the next level. E-mail us today. There’s nothing we enjoy more than a new idea.
Let’s talk.
